Open sewing workshop
Fri 12th – Sun 14th March 2027
It happens so often – a vision for a piece of fabric that's been gathering dust in a cupboard for years forms in your mind, you reach for the scissors, and then reality hits: How do I tackle this project? Where do I begin? How do I make the collar? I thought the pocket would be easier!
Questions that one still catches oneself asking – even after years behind the sewing machine.
However, the doubts will grow smaller if there is a place where one can feel understood with such questions.
Bring your individual sewing projects to the Open Sewing Workshop. Questions, whether general or specific, will be answered – How is a welt pocket sewn, or how should a pattern be altered to fit better next time?
