General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

We recommend that you register early in writing, as the number of places on the courses is limited. You can use the enrolment card in this booklet or the online enrolment form on our homepage. Registrations by e-mail can only be accepted if all the information requested on the registration card is provided. Course places are allocated in the order in which registrations are received.

Once we have received your enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached and the course can therefore take place, you will receive another e-mail requesting payment. The full course fee must then be paid within 14 days. If you register 4 weeks before the start of the course, we recommend that you contact us by telephone to find out which places are still available. In this case, the course fee must be paid into the account specified below immediately after confirmation of enrolment.

PROGRAMME CHANGE: Any changes to the specified course days, dates and instructors may occur for organisational reasons. You will be informed immediately. Should you not be able to attend, your deposit will be refunded. Costs for room cancellation and travel will not be reimbursed by us.

ANNULLING: A minimum number of participants is set for each course. If this number is not reached 4 weeks before the start of the course, we reserve the right to cancel the course. You will be informed immediately about other available course places. If you are not accepted, your deposit will be refunded. Room cancellation and travel costs will not be reimbursed by us.

STORNO: If you are unable to attend, please cancel in writing.
For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, 10% of the course costs will be retained or invoiced as a processing fee.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the course costs will be retained for cancellations received 4 weeks before the start of the course or at shorter notice, up to 2 days before the start of the course.
In the event of cancellation from two days before the start of the course, in the event of discontinuation of a course or in the event of unexcused non-attendance, the entire course fee must be retained.
The cancellation fee is independent of whether the cancelled place is filled or not.

PHOTOS: By registering, you also agree that the organiser may take photos and make short videos of the course events during the course, which may be used for documentation and public relations purposes.
